By using ScoutLab you agree to these terms. ScoutLab is operated by Yovan Gabric, REALTOR®, of Royal LePage Pinnacle Real Estate, Brokerage. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What ScoutLab is

ScoutLab is a home-search website with tools such as price estimates and renovation estimates. It is provided for information. It is not legal, financial, tax, appraisal, inspection or engineering advice.

Listing information

• Listing data is provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) through its licensed data feed. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and may be delayed, incomplete or out of date. Confirm details before you rely on them.
• You may use listing information only for your own personal, non-commercial use to consider buying or selling a property. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell or build a database from it.
• MLS®, REALTOR® and related marks are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Listing brokerage names are shown with each listing.

Estimates are not appraisals or quotes

• Value estimates are generated automatically from recent nearby sales. They are not appraisals, can be wrong, and do not account for condition, upgrades or features we cannot see. For a precise number, ask for a market analysis.
• Renovation estimates are ballpark ranges worked out from listing data such as age, size and description. They are not inspections, quotes or contracts, exclude HST and permits, and cannot account for hidden or structural conditions. Get an on-site assessment and written quotes before you budget or make an offer.

No agency relationship

Using ScoutLab or sending us an enquiry does not make us your representative. A representation relationship starts only when you and a brokerage sign a written agreement. Until then, anything you tell us is not covered by the duties that apply to a client.

Alerts and messages

If you save a search or send an enquiry, you agree we may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from any alert at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse ScoutLab: no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to break or overload the site, no false or someone else’s contact details in forms, and no use that breaks the law.

Our content

The design, text, tools and software of ScoutLab belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Listing data and photographs belong to their owners and are used under licence.

Third-party services

Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that ScoutLab links to or relies on.

No warranty; limits on liability

ScoutLab is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information or estimates on ScoutLab. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
